In our fitness center and yoga studio, residents have the opportunity to set new wellness goals and explore ways to become healthier, stronger and more fulfilled. With the expertise of our staff, we create senior-centric fitness routines and even customize programs for individual residents.
Meet Our Fitness Instructor: Stacy Hansen
Stacy comes from a background in the fitness industry, coaching and managing a variety of wellness programs and events in Minnesota. In his life enrichment position at Highpoint, he strives to connect with every single resident in the community, providing the boost they need to get moving and get active. Inspired by his grandfather’s experience first volunteering and now living at a retirement community, Stacy is determined to bring engagement, entertainment and healthier habits to our residents every single day.
