What levels of care are available?
Highpoint at Cape Coral offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. Residents know they’ll have access to quality services and exceptional amenities to accommodate both their current and future lifestyle, needs and preferences. With priority access to our on-site assisted living, memory care and other support services, you don’t have to worry about later healthcare needs, if and when they arise.
Is there an entry fee, or buy in?
No — some communities require an entry fee, a large lump-sum payment made to the community upon move-in to cover costs associated with the residence, comprehensive amenities and services, and future long-term care. Typically, this sum is partially refundable to an individual or their estate after residency ends. Highpoint at Cape Coral operates as a rental senior living community, providing all the above without requiring a large upfront entry fee or long-term contract. Highpoint at Cape Coral is one of the area’s only rental retirement communities also offering a continuum of care.

What floor plans does Highpoint offer?
Our contemporary floor plans enhance the comfortable, carefree retirement lifestyle at Highpoint. Choose from a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plan options in independent living and assisted living and studios in memory care. All are spacious and can be decorated with your personal belongings and touches.
What types of activities and events does the community offer?
At Highpoint, you’ll be part of a welcoming, close-knit community of neighbors and friends. With convenient access to amenities and a wide variety of activities both within Highpoint and throughout the surrounding area, it’s easy to remain active and engaged. What is dining like at Highpoint?
Residents enjoy our refreshing approach to dining, which suits a wide array of tastes with chef-prepared, flexible, all-day gourmet options. From homestyle favorites to creative culinary fare, you’ll look forward to gathering around the table for a delicious meal with friends. Residents can also cook meals in their apartments, but many appreciate no longer having to plan meals, shop for groceries, cook and clean up. Does the community allow pets?
Many residents consider pets their family members, so yes! We allow no more than two housebroken pets, each weighing less than 30 pounds, in independent living residences. They must be up to date on vaccinations and other treatments, and be leashed at all times when not in a resident’s home. Please inquire about additional rules and guidelines.
